Vino Spumante di Qualità Rosato
Each vineyard is made up of many vines. Nature awakens them every year in spring and bears fruit when they ripen in autumn. Not all grapes ripen at the same time and our job consists in understanding which is the right path for them.
Type of Vinification: Classic Method;
First vintage produced : 2019 ;
Vinification: The grapes once reach the cellar they are immediately pressed. The must thus obtained ferments in steel at a temperature below 20 degrees for about 15 days. After a period in steel where the rosé wine clarifies, in the following spring it is bottled where the second fermentation takes place. The disgorgement takes place after 18/24 months. We want to keep the characteristics of the grape of origin as much as possible, therefore the period of aging in the bottle on the fine lees varies according to the vintage.
Colour: bright pink;
Bouquet: Red fruits such as strawberries, wild strawberries and cherries and floral (rose);
Taste: Fresh, structured and soft with good liveliness;
